Same diagnosis every time: great products being killed by unclear positioning. Smart teams stuck explaining what their product is instead of why it matters. The PMMs knew it. Diagnose first.

Before I touch the messaging, I find out what's actually broken. ICP? Positioning? Sales motion? Narrative? Most teams treat the symptom — usually "the messaging" — when the root cause is somewhere else. I don't write anything until I know what we're really fixing.

Fix what compounds.

I don't run sprints that need re-doing next quarter. I focus on the changes that pay off across every channel, every deal, every launch — the work that gets cheaper to maintain, not more expensive.

Leave a system.

When I'm done, your team owns it. The positioning logic, the messaging architecture, the GTM playbook — it stays. You shouldn't need me on retainer to keep your story straight. The best engagement is the one where you stop needing me.
