Four ways to fix what's holding growth back

Start small with a Strategic Assessment, or go straight to the engagement that fixes the problem. Every price is fixed in writing before any work begins.

Strategic Assessment · 1–2 weeks

Find out what's really holding growth back

You're seeing the symptoms. But what's causing them?

Deals are stalling. Bigger customers aren't buying. Your latest launch isn't delivering. Product, Sales and Marketing have different ideas about why. Before you invest in another fix, find out where the real problem sits.

What we'll investigate
– What your recent wins and losses reveal
– Where your buyer, positioning, product value or commercial approach may be falling short
– What your leadership team agrees on, and where assumptions differ
What you get
– Your full Growth Narrative Audit: all five findings, each with a fix
– A review of five won and five lost deals
– 2–3 stakeholder interviews
– A written diagnosis and a prioritised recommendation for what to fix first
£2,500
Credited in full against a larger engagement booked within 30 days.

For B2B SaaS and AI companies losing deals they should be winning.

A positioning and competitive strategy: how you stand apart, and the messaging and battlecards your teams use to win.

Sound familiar?
– You're losing deals to competitors you should be beating.

What you get (tangible outputs):
✓
Pre-work review of your website, pitch deck and recent won and lost deals
✓
2 × 90-minute working sessions with your key stakeholders, where we make the decisions together (separate from customer interviews)
✓
Positioning document: ideal customer profile, category, differentiation, value proposition
✓
Messaging framework: one-liner, core messages per buyer, proof points
✓
Competitor analysis of the 3–5 competitors you meet most in deals
✓
3 battlecards: one-page guides showing Sales how to win against each main competitor
✓
Homepage and pitch deck brief for your writer and designer
✓
Rollout plan and a 60-minute handover session with your Product, Marketing and Sales leads
What you walk away with
→
Higher win rates against the rivals you meet most. Sales knows exactly why you win, and says it.
→
Bigger deals, fewer discounts. Buyers see the value, so price stops being the argument.
→
Shorter sales cycles. Buyers get why you faster, so fewer calls go on explaining what you do.
02 · Market Strategy

Enter a New Market

For B2B SaaS and AI companies growing into a new country, industry or segment.

From
£8,500 / project
Typically 3–5 weeks · One new market

A market-entry strategy: who to target in a new country or segment, how to position for them, and how to build traction there.

Sound familiar?
– You're expanding into a new country or industry, or into a new segment of the market you're already in.
– Your story was built for the market you're in today.
– Your first deals in the new market are stalling.

What you walk away with
→
A clear decision on where to go first. Backed by evidence, so budget doesn't go on the wrong market.

Expansion spend that pays back. A 90-day plan with owners and targets, so you know early whether it's working.

Turn Product into Revenue

For B2B SaaS and AI companies launching, repricing or moving upmarket.

From
£12,000 / project

– You're moving upmarket to bigger customers.
– You've added AI and features, but deal sizes haven't moved.

✓
Pre-work review of your product, current pricing and recent deals
✓
3 × 90-minute working sessions with key stakeholders as required, such as Product, Sales and Finance (separate from customer interviews)

Launch and rollout plan, including moving existing customers to new plans, plus a 60-minute handover session with your leads

Price-testing plan for a small group of buyers before full rollout
What you walk away with
→
Bigger deals without bigger discounts. Pricing tied to the value customers get, so Sales can hold the price.
→
More revenue from customers you already have. Clear upgrade paths, so accounts grow without a new sale.
→
A launch that turns into pipeline. Not a blog post and a webinar nobody remembers a month later.

How it works

From first call to a system your team runs

One core problem. One fixed price, agreed in writing first.

1
We talk

30 minutes, free, no pitch. You tell me what isn't working and why.

2
We scope, you get a fixed quote

We agree the diagnosis, the scope and the required solution. One fixed price, in writing. No surprises.

3
We fix it, together

I make the hard calls, with you in the loop. Then I build the strategy, the solution and an actionable plan.

4
Your team runs with it

Your team is trained and set up to succeed, reusing and improving the work even without me.

Every project includes two rounds of revisions on each written deliverable and up to 4 stakeholders in the working sessions. Research uses your CRM data and call notes. Customer interviews, extra competitors and implementation (writing, design, build or running price tests) are quoted separately.

About

The product marketer behind Ideas in Pixel

I've spent 14+ years doing product marketing inside technology companies, mostly B2B SaaS and AI: an AI localisation platform, a hospitality tech platform, a workflow automation SaaS company and a travel tech platform, plus fintech and global consumer brands.

I've built product marketing teams, rebuilt pricing and packaging, moved products upmarket and launched new ones. The same pattern showed up everywhere: good products held back by decisions nobody had made explicitly.

My approach: diagnose first, fix what compounds, leave a system.

FAQs

Questions you may have before booking

I'm not sure which engagement I need. Where do I start?

Book the free 30-minute call. We'll work out whether I can help and which engagement fits. If we need more evidence before I can quote, a Strategic Assessment gets it, and its fee comes off whatever you book next.

Why do the prices say "from"?

Each starting price covers one core problem: positioning for your core product, one new market, or one launch or pricing change. If yours is more complex, for example several distinct buyer audiences or two markets at once, you get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts. The price doesn't change after that unless you agree a change of scope.

Who from our team needs to be involved?

Whoever owns the outcome. That's usually a founder or CEO plus your leads for Product, Sales and Marketing. Decisions made without them don't stick.

Will you talk to our customers?

Projects work from your CRM data and call notes. If you want first-hand buyer evidence, add a set of 6 customer and lost-deal interviews for £2,500.

Will you set our prices?

I'll design the packaging and pricing model and recommend price ranges, with the evidence behind them. Your leadership and Finance teams set the final numbers, because they depend on your margins, targets and existing contracts. I work through the model with Finance and plan how to test prices before full rollout.

Will you write our website or design it?

No. I define the story, structure and messaging, so your writer and designer start from clear decisions rather than a blank page. I can recommend people if you need them.

What happens when the engagement ends?

Your team keeps the decisions, the messaging and the tools, and runs them without me. If you need ongoing senior ownership, Fractional Head of PMM picks up from there.

Will this improve our website conversion rate?

Usually, yes, because buyers understand faster why you're worth choosing. It doesn't replace testing. It's the step most teams skip before they test.

Something's not working. Let's find out why.

You don't need a neat brief or to know which engagement you need. Bring the problem, and we'll work out where to start. No pitch. No preparation needed.

No spam. No fluff. Just real insights on product marketing, GTM, and growth every week.
